1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Simon (Semyon) Surnov, a private individual and real estate agent in Phuket, owner of surnov.com. For any question about your data, message us on Telegram: @YourPhuketAgent.

2. What we collect

• From the request forms: your name, contact (phone number or Telegram/WhatsApp username), your request, and the page address and site language the request was sent from.
• When you message us on Telegram or WhatsApp via the buttons on the site: the messages and profile data you send in the messenger yourself.
• Technical visit data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referral source. It is collected by the Yandex Metrica and Top.Mail.Ru counters and by the hosting logs.

3. Why

• To answer your request and find and show you property.
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.

4. Where the data is stored and who receives it

• A request sent from the site is delivered to the agent on Telegram (Telegram Messenger).
• A backup copy of each request is kept in private Vercel Blob storage (Vercel Inc., servers in Singapore) so that it is not lost if delivery fails.
• The site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc.), which keeps technical request logs and measures page load speed for visitors with Vercel Speed Insights (no cookies).
• The Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) and Top.Mail.Ru (VK LLC) counters receive technical visit data. Yandex Metrica Session Replay (Webvisor) is enabled; what you type into form fields is not recorded.
• We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

5. Cookies

The counters use cookies and similar technologies to tell visits apart. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working.

6. How long we keep data

Requests are kept while we work on them and then for no longer than 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Counter data is kept under Yandex's and VK's own rules.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing. Message us on Telegram @YourPhuketAgent and we will reply within a reasonable time.

8. Consent

By submitting a form on the site you agree to the processing of the data in it for the purposes described above.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
